It basically only tells you that you have to be efficient at farming, spam to improve, and punish enemies' agressiveness/mistakes by proper calculation

It is actually the best guide it improved my average GPM and last hits from 480 to 580 and last hits from 200 to 300, I wanted to look back at it as I had not fully finished the mechanical section
The only significant thing I learned from Cookie was how to analyze replays properly. It's not that hard to improve real fast for anyone as long as they actually work for it tbh, at least up until 6k
You don't need some mmr inflator guide to point things out to increase mmr efficiently.
That maybe true to some extent but it is not the same for everyone, everyone learns differently and having a guide to relate to doesen't harm anyone. If having a guide helps someone improve there should not be any restrictions surrounding it. Reading a guide and getting gud is much better than people buying accounts and the grey area of dota mmr which many resort to.
