@stupid
er,if you want to talk random factors like people feed intentionally(team) or some meteor falling into your home when you are playing so you lose the game of course it doesn't really get counted on the discussion lol
also taking a sample from just 1 game is pretty stupid,i was reffering to pretty lots of games,if someone stucked in 1k and then blames teammates = bad [unless,magically every single one of the game has people run down mid and courier. which probably not gonna happen(and yes we not talk about those games,those are just bad luck and probably happen in 2-3 out of 10 games,but wat about the other 7 games? did i played well on those?)]
same like me,if i say i cant get out from my bracket because of my team playing bad,people will just say i deserve to be in there
since you know,6k or 7ks or rtz can play my id,and get a positive 60-80% winrate
so wat i need to do is just forget about teammates and just think that i need to improve
if i improve,my mmr will increase naturally too
@OP. I watched a bit more and I'm gonna amend my advice. While your laning is bad and lacks some vital elements entirely, the real problem is the midgame slump. You do not actively think about what should happen next and as a result become utterly lost and resort to jungling with no map impact at around 10-20 minutes. The way to deal with it is to break the habit. You can either forbid yourself to jungle and will yourself through it (will result in more losses than expected), or get into a lobby, alone, on a hero you plan to play a lot (not axe) and go 60 LH by 10 minutes and then go 200 LH by 20 minutes, lane creeps only. Once you get there, you do it 5 times at least in a row. That will show you a way better way of getting gold from the map than passive jungling and hopefully adjust your autopilot to that way.
so its just a long cliffhanger then. figures, superhero movie cannot possibly have the "bad" guy win. pretty cool though because i want new spiderman sequel
I used to play VHS in unranked for years before I went back to playing ranked..... at 1100 MMR. I was really frustrated at start and had no idea what to do at MMR so low. Then I figured I can just jungle legion, and destroy the map once I get some items and levels. This was back in the days of min 6 lvl 6 + blink.
https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/4119316846 this is the kind of game that inspired this thread btw. Like I get that people argue 'well if you are that good then you can just 1v5 everytime' or whatever but seriously how do you win games where at 10m the invoker is 4 levels down against their mid and the offlane has fed 13 kills

Enemy have an abandon there though, you can just split them apart and win ez pz. On a more serious note, you do not win those games. Some games you just can't win. But you only have 4 retarded temmates and enemy have 5. So unless you are also uncarriable sometimes, you should benefit from such games 5 to 4 and continue the climb.
MMR is a statistical instrument. So you should just drop the notion of evaluating individual events and work with statistically substantial data only.

That is what the other team said to their mid when i was the invoker in 1k.
I am 1k player and for years i play in this bracket, when i felt im better then before i made a new acc and started playing with divines, however i reallised they are so much better then me and i can only play my best heroes there and that also doesnt guarantee me shit. So i went back to this acc and i reallised that im in fucking heaven of dota, you can do everything, every game is fun, this is for sure best bracket ever. Who wants to leave this is crazy :D
Well, if you were at least slightly thorough (a trait commonly ascribed to mild forms of autism), you would notice your suggestion is not very original. As a matter of fact the very same suggestion has been made right here multiple times and got dismantled completely. Thanks for proving to the OP that 1k is not the only toxic place though. We value your contribution.
I like bacon a lot! If I go to Five Guys I will usually order the double burger and heap loads of bacon on it with some cheese, pickles and some salad.
Telling someone bad , isnt going help nor will make her better

^the days of comfy jungling when you could easy get a gold lead without asking for mid against 3 peoples....

Sometimes you just want to rant about a shit situation.
Sometimes you want advice to fix a problem.
These are separate times and people can often conflate the two.
There's also thrid case:
Ranting about sitation that's literally made up in your head while not wanting to actually fix anything at all.

Yeah, 1ks are fun to play with. And they are not even that toxic.
1k is toxic but under 1k (herald 1 to 3) is heaven there all just commend each other after game.
edit. I can imagine someone paying 100€ for herald 1 account its so relaxing place to be
No it's not. I had fun playing in 1k MMR on this account.
So, OP, have you come to a conclusion? Or do you need some games?
Stop bumping this thread autists

Did you try to plug in your keyboard?
You won the series because you had one 5k player in your team. It was Sven/Tidehunter
Wait what, somebody decided to weigh in on the low skilled players are actually high skill with a sham showmatch? This thread is amazing
It's the gift that keeps on giving

Lets just agree that 1k is the place to be and all other is shit tier
long time when i first calibrated I was scared to use TP and was buying blademail on everyhero. And still i calibrated at 2k mmr, i really wonder how.
Because u used blademail and made damage to enemy heroes with it. Learn to use tango+blademail is 3k and 4k is tango+BM+clarity

@Parmaviolets
What new u have learned from this thread to improve your play?
