On a serious note I've seen people do it and I thought "haha ok good meme" but honestly a ton of supports have been being played mid in 7.20 so I'd be interested to see it in action.
ya alot of them can buy all nulls and be a huge presence mid game. skymage, lion, es, pugna, etc
ES is very good now when they increased his str gain, he has huge kill potential, but really excel at pos 4 you really want a secondary core on your pos 2 in this meta, ES can be niche core versus certain lineups but its very risky...
you can check my previous party ranked games on page 2 or 3 i guess,you definitely dont want a fucking secondary core on mid right now,you just need a space creator for your pos 1
unless your carry is picking gyro/tiny/ursa/weaver maybe u can go core mid like troll or something

i have more success going on clinkz/kunnka/es/other space creating heroes rather than a real core right now since pos 1 is going battlefury always
I wouldn't say space creator mid is necessary seeing as dusa/od are probably some of the top tier mid heroes right now.
No Feachairu in this meta on mid you need a hero that has a wave clear so you can quickly clear mid and continue to farm medium camp in your jungle , next to your tower, until new wave comes, if you pick a hero that cant do this you will always fall behind enemy mid and have a bad transition but you wont be able to recover since your pos 1 will want to farm the jungle at that point.
i guess i'm just that bad at farming then can't probably utilize them correctly,didn't try dusa/od yet though but saw their games tho

Dusa OD Lina Invo Tinker, are great for this farming pattern, Huskar is too but with him you are on the clock, other mid scale much better to late game than Huskar, if you dont snowball with him you are kinda useless and you need to have last pick with him or you will get Lina Viper Clinx and have a really horrible game. Im also shit Huskar i cant do anything with him since he lost magic resistance i just feel weak and easly nuked to death with him... :/
yes,i cant use all those heroes that you mentioned,i think that killing someone(roam) at lvl 5-6 seems to have a huge impact and you can keep continue killing them for some reason,also gives alot of exp
i can play huskar if i won the lane,if i'm behind i'm super bad at that guy,my friends who spam huskar is really good even on even lane/lose lane tho,idk how to do that
I just watched matumbaman destroy an am and drow in really late game despite being down 2 sets of rax as Huskar.
Idk, i think huskar is still good in the late game, just need to itemize properly in case it goes late
Space creator mid really good as super farming pos1 is great rn as well as in your face offlane with dmg boost-vlads and dmg reduction-crimson/pipe items.
Plus es has that 40 dmg talent at 10 or something which is ridiculous. Trust me I'm an offlane and pos 1 only player and I know what kind of mid I like for max efficiency of team this patch.
+40 dmg talent is gud
he's like a monster in early and midgame fights,also ganks easily from 1600 range,has like 2,6k hp~ 15 armor on lvl 10-12 (2 bracer 1 helm/veil)
imo,he's like kunnka but weaker lane but gives alot of disables later
If your pos 1 isnt something like Terroblade and you have enough damage, your mid simply has to be a backup core, Pos 3 now just goes full utility anyway, Vlads into Crimson/pipe. So you need 1 very good source of damage or 2 okay-ish ones for teamfights.
