it's not random. after getting 10 win streak i realized finding takes longer, there are people who won't accept instantly way more often. even before the match had started i realized my win streak is gonna finish soon and it happened. it's just how it works.
holy crap i exactly had this "ppl not accepting match" experience after chen 10 winstreak

when you are in the punishment pool you are in a game with other who are also in the punishment pool. So it is easy to see how 5 people who are in the pool together will all be on losing spree.
Too big diversity in players skills/performance so dota becomes shit show where playing support is really shit show
Maybe it have something to do with >50% accounts being alt/smurf/loaned
i think, its more like cycle of u stomping enemy, enemy stomping u. i mean before if i first picked beastmaster, my team would let me solo and enemy would counter pick me so hard, but now i first pick it and enemy going am and giving me free lane xD
