am often gets banned because people too lazy to search for hero so they just click the first hero that comes up
i rarely bother banning, in ~4.5k party games you usually see 2-3 heroes nominated most of the time. But when I do I usually ban slark/invo or a potential counterpick to our lineup
heroes that retards are too stupid to find their counters
usually LC because noobs always find their way to feed LC by walking around solo,most of other heroes can somehow be countered
I always ban axe because everyone in my fucking bracket get raped at early game by those offlane axes
I search through all the players profiles and ban the character spammed by the opponents. I'm sure people spam more at low level, but it's highlarious when you ban that guy that only plays one hero from playing his hero. He ussually just feeds all game.
I always ban slark....always. I hate having to deal with him late game

I ban the counters to the hero I want to pick like if I'm going medusa I ban anti Mage, but my default ban is invoker just cus he's so fucking annoying even with nerfs.
Only noobs ban slark (this is coming unbiased from a slark picker, go ahead and check my profile). If you play in low 4k games, what gets banned? -- Slark, etc.
High 4k - 5k+: Riki, lifestealer, alchemist
Slark's winrate: 51%, 48% in 5K+
Lifestealer: 53% IN 5K+!!
Riki: 53% in 5K+!!

Slark is hard for a lot of carries to deal with as you need a lot of lockdown that's why people hate him cus they won't pick the support to deal.

Hardly any mention of Timbersaw? Fuck that hero is OP, have to have your whole squad to kill him.
Obviously I ban a hero that counters what I'm thinking of picking. If I'm going Lifestealer, I will mostly ban Sven or Slark. Sometimes Beastmaster. If I want to pick a jungler, I will ban BH. Most of the other times, I will ban Beastmaster.

How do you guys ban during the initial 15 seconds of ranked matchmaking? Do you consider what you wanna play? Ban meta heroes? Or just straight up look at opponent profile and ban their most successful heroes?
