Back in 6.88 I usually got 9-10min radiance haven't tried with the nerf to his bounty rune gold.

Practice, practice.
Push lane out with acid, and while creeps are under or behind enemy tower rotate and take a small or median camp ( try to stack it) and you should be set for a pretty easy and early armlet rad.

Also guys don't flame the man, he's obviously both new to dota and still learning. I'd say spam anti mage so you'll get better farming patterns, look for lanes to push, and keep an eye on the heroes that can kill you

Try to learn not to miss last hit and farm more efficiency.
