do you not realise bloodseeker is the most fucking situational hero to ever be considered useful no matter the opposing draft, for a team to even consider practising the hero into their usual lineup play styles would be og's disruptor glimpse and rupture combos for example, asking for a ministun on the hero would defeat the whole fucking purpose of him needing euls to defeat the ONLY counter for rupture - tping, this would throw the whole fucking game out of order as bloodseeker would be a 1v1 fucking GOD with blademail, rupture ANYONE that's alone with a blademail LOLLLLL fuck that. - casts bloodrite & ruptures, insta tps rendered useless, ok so it's only bs alone lets stand still and fight him, oh fuck blademail yeah no dude never suggest that shit again fucking PLEASE
dude just face that bloodseeker is only ever considered as a counter pick to shut down am/qops especially but weavers too etc
not to mention that there's almost never anyone on the map that's that low to benefit from his passives damage increase let alone hoping 2-3 heroes are constantly at 50% for a decent dps stack hence the BASE dmg to try ease him in
god when it comes to pro stats and analysing why they do things, please be a day 1 dota nerd who's a captain mode junkie
Yeah under his previous thirst threshold you regularly had plus 20 damage from level 2 and plus 40 damage from level 3 (and then that was multiplied by 1.25 when bloodraged).
Now you almost never get any additional damage in the laning phase at all.
And people are saying plus 4 base damage will do anything.

Gyro I find really funny, they keep buffing missile a lot and still no one takes it and gyro still blows.
I think BS carry has potential, I am sciencing it in int ranked currently.
