He will check best players on this hero at dotabuff.
And he might find some guy, who just dont k anything about this hero and plays at 2-3k mmr or just unrank vs noobs...
So this new player will not find anything usefull after checking replays of this abuser.

Im talkin about top100 heroes rank
People abuse it in unrank, or just hide dotabuff when loose or bad kda and gets high winrate + kda.
I played 31 games as Pangolier in rank on 5k+ games, and im just 9th....
Why dotabuff can't make another ranking for unranked players, or don't let them get higher than top50, make their division "bronze" and etc...
I don't care about it too much, but ppl abuse kda+winrate and then sell account with good rank at "heroname"
