Poor item choice is the most glaringly obvious issue. Your build is pretty much hit and run. No reason for that when you have a BB. Become another monster and just Push rax as 5 Id have done something like Blink, Hurricane Pike, Deso, BKB, Satanic/and or Linkens. Or something like Euls, Blink, Butterfly, BKB, Satanic.
there are 2 enemy butterflies and no item to counter evasion on your team. no linkens against the 3 important spells or maginas basher's active. The thing is you tried to race an antimage in farm, but only pick up mid game items. There is not a single big item on that sf!
