Basically I play Meepo and for 2 games in a row in TIER 4 neutrals I can't choose Ninja Gear, basically the only item for Meepo. MY TEAM and the OTHER TEAM can choose it and did. Dota just swaped one of the items for telescope or w/e
Since TIER 3 has nothing for Meepo I found myself stuck with vambrace all game long and dota just swaps out the Only item I can use
Has anyone experienced some weird limits
like I cant choose Ninja Gear because it would make every meepo game easy
