0 hours. I'm a nice guy, I don't really argue with teammates, if they're bad and they don't understand that they are, saying that they're better than anyone else, why even bother? Constructive criticism only unless the whole team agrees that someone is bad. Rarely abandon so no LPQ either. I play solo que 30% of time and with atleast 1 friend or more 70% of time. The only thing I like to do sometimes is flame an enemy in team chat so my team gets more confidence or flame a teammate on skype so he doesn't hear it, I don't want to reduce team's morale and make them play worse.
Just one time by two days, didn't affect me .

I almost never talk to the opposing team. Though sometimes I'd say "ggwp (opposing hero/player name here)" if I think they're really good.
I do argue w/ teammates in pubs but it's usually something constructive & in game related. And yes I know it's pointless but I do it anyway.

7 days, that was a bit after TI3.. Never had it since. except for one random 8 hour chat ban.
I also never flame anyone for being bad, I still frequently get muted because other people use the report function to punish people who they dislike.
