I'm in NA but I play most of my games on EU so I have no problem with ping.

you should be able to play 1 or 2 heroes at pro level and that
EU btw! since i got bad net here
currently im alone so every type of player is needed! rather have a EG type setup where roles can change (not that often but to some extent)
