It's a checkbox next to where you pick the language preference (because that makes sense). I couldn't find it as first either.
Did solo queue get worse? My team had a lvl 162 with 900 wins, but....... I also had a noob feeder with 9 games wtf?

Yes it did get a lot worse. Many people just don't know that it is still there so there are a lot less who play it now. OP is an example. You also made the same topic the day when it has been "removed".
Valve did not post any announcement that it has been moved. Only in the patch notes but lots of players don't read them.

The wording of the patch notes is often confusing.
Maybe this means that there used to be a bug that did segregate people somewhat based on win count...but now they fixed it and it doesn't do that anymore.
sounds like valve is backpedaling badly, they'll revert it because nobody wants to play with players in front page with 30 win accounts who's solo queueing

this volvo did smth and now i am matched up allmost everytime with 4 russians when i play solo,when im lucky there are only 3
