There are games that don't count toward your W/L. DotA 2 doesn't tell Dotabuff whether a game counted, so they have to do the best they can by applying good rules of thumb. The difference in your dotabuff and official profile W/L comes from errors in those rules of thumbs: Some games might have counted as a W or L on dotabuff when they should have been neither, or a game may not have counted on Dotabuff when it should have.
Vandal is correct here. Briefly, from our FAQ, the Dota API does not supply enough information for determining a win or loss from a match that doesn't count. We have developed an in-house algorithm that has over 99% accuracy, but it cannot be sure in all situations.
If and when Valve adds support to the API that allows us to determine whether a match counted, we will retroactively fix all matches and recalculate records. Thanks!

when i am inside the dota says 468 win and here says total games 491 ... i dont know what happen but this is not my real stas and i have open my profil and my history match ...
