It's never too late cuz MMR is flexible, if you play better it notices it and increases your score accordingly. Stack with friends, win games, get high KDA ratio and that will help. Also, when going solo que go mid with a snowball hero like qop, sf, timbersaw, invoker, troll warlord, tinker etc. Just win your lane, gank the shit out of side lanes, push towers and you'll have a pretty good gold lead to win the game. Play greedish, steal kills, don't die. If you ARE better this will help you climb out. Remember, if your teammates suck, so do your enemies.
P.S.: Offlane also works if you have a hero that can dominate it like timbersaw, mirana, weaver, dark seer, magnus, puck etc.
create new account win first 4/5 games without dieing and you will end up with way higher mmr than your main from that point just dont pick supports or any role/heroes that usually end up with lowgpm/xpm at the end of the game -> do that for good 50/70games
also dont stack with other good players in your first games because they are going to decrease your kda +gpm/xpm
If you're not *that* good though starting over won't work cus while you will be against bads, you'll be paired with bads as well and might not be good enough to carry them to a win.
I do have two other accounts and i do try to KS but 1farmed hero with a team full of feeders makes it too hard to comeback with.

How did I know it was a rush pick invoker going euls every game and using euls sunstrike meatball combo.........
i dont even use that combo(feel free to watch replays) i only buy it for mana regen back before the patch and as an escape mechanism. Proberly the only combos i use it for are the Eul+Icewall+emp or Eul+icewall+sunstirke

When i started playing dota2 earlier this year (came from playing dota 1 for several years) i had to get used to the feel of the game, back then i had really bad net and a shit pc so i would DC alot due to net problems or pc ones. Some games i would dc early game then reconnect and see that our tier 3's were already gone, I've had my fair share of low pri games and have no problem with that but ever since my winrate dropped below 50% because of my abandons, all the players i play with are all assholes that either only speak russian or spanish. I play on the AUS servers and im getting quite pissed on the lack of skill that players im getting paired with in my team. I've noticed that the past 10 games i've played without my friends in solo que, at least three of my team mates feed over ten times and generally are ignorant. Im not the best dota player but i just want to know why im playing with assholes and if its too late to continue with this acc.
