Also, unfortunately you're not on the list. The vast majority of them have 65%+ winrate.

win rate doesn't mean shit (still correlation between high rating and high score I guess), its who those wins and losses are against that matter most. If I played in the normal bracket, had 100% win rate on a particular hero with 10KD, over 1000 matches, I wouldn't make the list.

I think these ratings are ELO based, you need to be playing against the top players to stand a chance.

I only have access to the top 50 from ~2 weeks ago, which you are not in OP.

But if you managed that, wouldn't you not stay in Normal and climb the skill tier? If his most played hero, which he plays regularly, is getting a winrate significantly higher than 50%, surely he's playing against fairly decent players?
