Honestly, the only real place to find team members is in game.

Trying to find a good stack on a forum is nearly impossible. You will either find players worse than you that you dont want to play with, or find players better than you that don't want to play with you. Regardless of how nice the people you meet are, this is the reality of it.

IRL friends help, and being really good at the game already helps. That's about it.
