Why would you not max Spears first? It's not like the HP cost scales per level. It's 15 1-4... If anything not maxing it is much more inefficient in terms of HP converted to damage.
This hero need a complete rework, completly imbalanced at lvl 1 and useless next. After the last maj I tried him for like 20 games and lost tons of mmr points. He work only with dazle.
Well he reminds me of viper in that you can dominate mid and still lose late if you don't continue to snowball and the other team has hard carries who out farm your hard carries. Huskar is not going to win late game vs real hard carries like void, luna, spectre etc so you need to win early or just create a ton of space by zoning out their mid and then ganking so your safe lane carry can win late. Don't overthink it so much, I don't think there's any real secrets, just max his spears and build his usual items.
