If you're mid, you generally go the blink build:
Arcane Blink
However, I like the carry route better.
PT - Drums - Aghs - BKB/AC/Daedalus/whatever you need
Casual Hyperstone isn't a good option unless you already have aghs. Thus, skip the hyperstone you tend to buy, and go straight aghs then you could possibly get a hyperstone.
Ok, so item build on tiny depends on what role you're playing him in. Safe lane carry (or dual mid tiny (with Io)) generally rushes Aghs after upgraded boots and farms up big items as well as abusing his massive tower damage with Aghs. He builds Manta because Grow damage is considered base damage so your illusions benefit from it (although they do not get the cleave of siege damage). Solo mid tiny is more ganking oriented and builds midgame items. Phase > Blink and go around demolishing heroes with your Avalanche > Toss combo.
Solo Mid Tiny: Phase Boots > Drums of Endurance > Blink Dagger > Black King Bar > Assault Cuirass > Situational Item
Hard Carry Tiny: Power Treads > Aghanim's Scepter > Black King Bar > Manta Style > Mjollnjr > Daedalus (Generally I like to play him on a team that gets lots of Arc boots or has a mana sustainer like KotL or CM. If you don't have either you should go Drums before Aghs)
Of course these builds are just guidelines. Depending on their lineup you may have to get a Basher, MKB, Diffusal, etc.
Massive Nuke Damage Build: Arcane Boots > Blink Dagger > Dagon > Ethereal Blade > Dagon 5 > Scythe of Vyse > Refresher Orb
Don't try this.
Edit: Miku Tiny is a pretty shit support. Play him in a farming role.
Mid Tiny: Generally I skip arcanes granted you are going for a bottle and atleast one or two of your allies are dedicated mana boots holders. If the supports are good enough players they will help you secure the runes and up the courier straight away so that you can bottle crow, its really the only way you will be able to keep lane presence against todays mostpicked midlaners, (tiny usually is never run solo mid anymore -- usually coupled up with another strong support). If you are doing well midas is always a strong pickup, it can help you snowball much harder into the lategame, just make sure you and your team is on the same page in that regard. My core items would have to be bottle -> phase/midas -> drums/blink -> agz -> atk speed items.
When I play Tiny, I usually go offlane/duo offlane. Peoples on a safelane are usually more aggresive and have more chances to be caught in your combo.
Tiny offlane is really good if you have the correct lane partner.
Shadow blade tiny is really freakin funny. Not the most ideal build but you can kill people before stun wears off with shadowblade/avalanche/toss combo. Other than that what everyone else said although sange and yasha is not a terrible item on him either. Anything that gives him attack speed and movement speed is pretty good.
And yea, don't play him as a support ever. He needs farm. You want to be one of 2 or 3 carries.
Whats wrong with support tiny. Theres nothing more satisfying than tossing a helpless enemy back into your own team.
You do not need mana boots if you are going mid, actually you never need mana boots on tiny
@Scrubby: The issue with support tiny is what you do after that. Which likely will be feed.
funny enough this guy SingSing has tiny as his most played hero:
http://dotabuff.com/players/19757254/items?date=&faction=&hero=tiny&lobby_type=&game_mode=&duration=20-&metric=used
MoM winrate = 70%
0 game with mana boots lol
Support tiny implies you are letting someone else last hit in your lane and possibly buying wards or other support item. Tiny with support items isn't very good.

Need some tips/help with Tiny. I used to play him allot, back when I was f@cking terrible at Dota and I had that Attitude that I was GOD and we lost because of everybody else. So I had a 33% win rate with him!

I started playing Tiny again recently and it is going much better, just want too ask some questions
I go mana boots, blink, hyper stone, aghs, AC. Is that okay?
What other items go well on Tiny?
When is Tiny a good pick? What heroes can he mid against?
How is the toss decided? is it random if there are multiple heroes near you?
Any other tips or tricks or just any advice would be great thanks.
