sange and sange+yasha aren't modifiers anymore. I think they stacked even when they were, but you'd need to get two attacks in?
So if you have both and maim procs your target will be debuffed 67% move speed and 32% attack speed plus a flat 35 from skadi? I was jw cus I really like to go s&y on sniper and was considering skadi too. Mjollnir, s&y, skadi mmm make a tanky sniper.
idk about maim + greater maim stacking, but cold attack + any maim would definitely stack, since sange + sny are not UAMs.
whether an attack speed debuff is stated a % or not is irrelevant, they're the same thing. it says sny reduces attack and movement speed by 32% each, but you wouldn't multiply your current attack speed by 0.68, you'd simply lose 32 attack speed. test it out if you want.
oh that is weird, I know IAS values are percent wise to your BAT but I didn't realize 32% was actually calculated as 32 IAS. That makes the greater maim seem not quite as good but a true 32% would be way too strong.

I know skadi's a unique modifier and so when something procs like maelstrom or sange and yasha the skadi won't proc that attack. My question is though do the skadi debuff and maim debuff stack? I feel like the attack speed debuffs should since one is percent and one is flat value. But the movement speed debuffs are both percents.
