Well.. if only people learned to report trolls for ability abuse instead of communication abuse, you wouldn't have him in your games
yea I have only been muted 2x since the system came about (shocking I know) and I find it absolutely stupid that it let me que ranked while muted
same reason they let players who can't speak the same language as one another play with each other in ranked.
If they aren't going to region lock, i see no reason why muted players should be removed from ranked match making.

ok, met this troll on ranked game. He pinged me like 1 billion times during my game and followed me everywhere and stole my last hits. All cuz he wanted people to defend mid, and nobody had mana or tp. Anyways I was the sole one to defend mid and got a kill. A kill the thought should be his cuz he was following me, anyways 20 mintues later surpize we lose. I'm sure most of the players on team reported him but seriously why allow trolls who are muted for obvious abuses play ranked game?
