That doesn't happen for me.

Haha, it does the same for me. I think maybe in those 15-20 minutes the update is installed.
I thought it was instaling, but then i and checked in task manager, it literally doesnt take a lot of process. I assume, instaling takes a lot of procceses, but i am not so good with computers, so i might be wrong.
next time check resource monitor,
task manager - performance - resource monitor - disk activity

So this is really annoying thing. Whenever i am downloading some update ( example, last one, 182 MB ) it downloads , lets say 98 % of update ( in this case ~170 MB ) in about 3-4 minutes. THEN it just stops for the next 15 or 20 minutes, doing absolutely nothing.
Does anyone knows what is happening then?
