I believe so, cause any match that I play unranked it's labeled "Very High."
However, being stuck in 3k shows as only "normal."
this is probably the reason why my unranked games are way lower in terms of skill level than ranked. or maybe because people dont care
Mine varies from high to very high. gotta say, high isn't high at all. feels like very low.
Your unranked MMR definitely changes. I've been playing unranked for a while and just recently started to get out into "very high skill" matches pretty regularly.
it's basically the same thing as Ranked however WINRATE matters more.
I think it silently uses your ranked mmr.
Games are a lot easier cuz people care less, and experiment with items, builds, heroes and shit.

Narandza it might use your ranked mmr right after you calibrate, but your unranked mmr definitely changes independently. I've been playing unranked almost exclusively for 4 months and have only recently started getting VH skill games in unranked solo queue.
