CM-you can have a great captain that can make awesome picks and retards that don't know how to play em. You can have a great team and a retarded captain that doesn't pick or ban(happened to me).
so let me get this straight, you sit at 2000 solo mmr and you queue captains mode because you want to delude yourself that the games will be better which isn't the case and you whine about new players who sit around your same rating (which means, they are equally as "good" as you are) but you assume they cheated to get to your astonishing "high" mmr

I get like 2k mmr captains. And also recently before TI4 I get like 100-200 mmr range. But POST-TI4, there's been like 600+ range. I get people from 3000 to 3800 in 3.4k mmr, what's the deal? Also TONS of smurft accounts like TBD and under 200 wins accounts that were created like in last 3-4 months etc.
