That make every silence in dota equivalent which to doom, which is a BAD idea. Not suprising this idea came from a 1k mmr pro with a 45% win rate.
Actually silence were supposed to stop last word (reworked) and brood's bite, still not fixed for brood's bite (that the reason brood's bite is working under duel right now, while it shouldn't)
You want to make silence equal to doom without damage...
Vanilla doom used to only silence + damage. (just tp out or something :))
Silencer's global silence should also disable enemy heroes from attacking.
Btw, what do you guys think of an item that silences the enemy's inventory?
That's called mute and what makes Doom OP. If everyone had it Doom would be a terrible ulti.

How do you feel about Silences not stopping things like reincarnation. I really wish you could use Silences on such passives such as that. I know you can mana drain wk to stop reincarnation but how a few heroes can mana drain.
