Why do you think your mmr bracket is shit? YOU ARE A PART OF IT... if you didn't belong there, you just playing would get you where you belong. It goes slowly in solo mmr because 1 out of 5 in the team doesn't do much, but if you're outstanding (for your current bracket) every game, you will get to a point where your (previous) outstanding is (now) normal.

BUUUHUUUUUU how do I exit my cancer bracket buu huuu, everyone is noob beside me...
Learn to play better and you will be out. Its THAT SIMPLE!

One of the reason for the blame is probably because the people in my bracket is trying to play 5 heroes. Rather than focusing on what they have to do on their heroes, they instead focus more on what the other guy is doing with his.

The reason people bitch is that a ranking system where 10 people are playing and you basically gain or lose the same ammount of points based solely on a win or a loss and taking nothing else about the game into account makes it much more liekly that people with vastly different skills will be competing in the same match when you are in the middle ground. The mmr system combined with the algorythm used for matchmaking causes a bell curve, where most of the players are lumped into a 2500-3500 mmr ranking. this means if you get on a lucky streak as a noob you will soon find yourself outclassed and if you go on a losing streak as an experienced player, you will soon find yourself in aposition where you are by far the most skiled player of ten. People get pissed because everyone wants to be better, but the system is set up to make it so that only the very highly skilled or the very lucky break out of that 1000 point mmr range, it tends to have a rubberband effect snapping you back and you feel like you make no progress. In a game where the pros log thousands of games to hone their skills, most people find it easier to rage about their teammates than accept the fact that the game is a long road and there really aren;'t too many shortcuts to findingyourself in front of the pack. I tend to rage most in games where I am playing a hero that I know very well and i play the game near perfectly only to have a player or a lane feed to the point that my progress is meaningless. if you can play this game for thousands of rounds, and not ever rage, i want some medetation tips, lol.

I am 2.5k and I don't have a problem with it. TBH I stopped tryharding and I started focusing more on improving at the roles, mechanics etc and playing the game for fun. I really think that if you play to learn more instead of tryharding you can improve more as a player.

edit: its just a number and after the community gets to know you they stop treating you like shit(KoE for example). That is ofc if you have an attitude that permits it.
