you could always try to add the guy being flamed and pm him some nice messages ... it's never worked for me though, i still end up losing usually :(
the problem is when someone is making alot of mistakes and u go 'you are doing great man keep it up' he believes it.....

If your teammates are being cancerous to somebody, advise that he mute the flamers. You understand that people have bad games - shit, my last game had a TA that got destroyed mid. But we were like, "Whatever ninja lady, it's all cool, you go farm and shizz to catch up and Faceless Void will do Void things to stall."
And everybody was cool, and game was awesome.
