It means that you have played games on High Skill- or Very High Skill-levels. You have, in other words, played with the bigger dawgs. :D

how does this doto pro not know?

high skill - you have to post really friendly on forums
very high skill - you can be 3501 and say you're 5k

very high-above 3.7
high- starts around 3-3.2 i guess
