Will valve treat smurfing as violation of terms of service? And do people see smurfing as legit thing to do. I know people with muted or banned accounted create multiples. Some with at least 10. And some with 6K mmr play on smurfs so they can play with pubs or with friends. But having more than 3 accounts is just stupid and will valve ever push this?
Also will they eventually let smurfs come clean like HON and make people link their multiple accounts?
