you're probably playing on tilt
mute your teammates
if you lose a game, do something else for a bit, don't just queue for another game or you're just gonna play worse than you did before
whats the meaning of "playing on tilt" i don't really get it im sorry and yes after i lost the first match i straight away queued the 2nd one
Androgynous is making a good point here and it might be worth a read through what playing on tilt means.

Focus on your and ONLY your mistakes all the time, sometimes I win but I still think I could have done better.
Also yea, playing while frustrated isnt a good idea, now I take a 5-10 min break after every match, doesnt matter if I won or not, just to "clear" my mind
i am on tilt before game even starts. teammate says "mid" 1 second before picking phase, that moment i know we lost (tip: try and dodge idiots calling lanes before game even starts)
lol almost the same as me
1. Calibrated at 3k
2. Made through 3.9k
3. got big project
4. play like shit until 3.6k
*update on me right now
took an hour break. went to d2l to bet on team tinker and lost 4 mythicals
on the bright side
i won 2 games i guess you can't have the best of both world
Meh, I callibrated 3.2 went up to 3.5 then plummeted down to 2.7 for ages bouncing around 2.7 to 2.9. Climbed back up to 3.2 about a month ago and this last 2 weeks have fallen again to 2.7...
I know I suck but I don't feel that I suck that inconsistently so wtf....
I had an almost 3 Month break and when I got back I lost every possible game.
Point is, you just have to play, you can just go smurf or anything but play, play atleast 10 games and then you are atleast back in good shape.
I played around 30 games already but I think I need another 20 to get back in oldschool roadto6k-shape
The thing to remember is if you lose a game, quit dota atleast temporarily or for the day. Try again the next day. And if you lose 2 games in a row you should stop playing atleast a couple days.
I was calibrated at 3.2k. I got to 3.6k and became very happy, but some thing fucked me up and i fell to 3k... i was sad and depressed but never quit playing. Slowly, i increased my MMR and I could actually feel myself getting better. I am now at 4.2k and hopefully can reach 4.5k soon. Its all about your plays. Never blame teammates coz at 3k-4k u WILL get retard teammates. You need to learn how to put the shit together with them.
tl;dr:Get good, MMR will rise like the dark knight.
^^Immediate queueing after a game that might have gone bad will usually result in a worse game unless lord gabe has mercy on you. As androgynous says.. best thing to do is take your mind off for a bit by doing something else.
Also watch the people with very high win rates..They never play too many games in a row (excluding streamers)
