^only true at >5k ranked games, otherwise playing west is 10000x better because like u said theres no peru. if ur 5k+ u only get 4ks on us west so ur better off playing east.
quality of east players is horrid though in most cases
i mean 25-35 ping more is worth not getting peru and apes every other game

So i'm confused about the peruvians, because i still play with them often enough on US West and Russians too. I don't understand the mentality of them wanting 200+ ping to play on a server where everyone hates them. But to clarify theres a ton of peruvians on US East but not as much on West?

So im quite confused, i live in alberta which is just above arizona for people who don't know. I would call this US West but for some reason i get 25-35 less ping on US East. Are the servers on US west based out of California or something because i don't quite understand how else my ping would be so different. I've just played 400-500 games on US west and was wondering this. Also on a side note would my MMR be different if i went to US East to start playing because of better ping?
