Truesight may not be working for SEA servers, or working very unreliably. This is an issue with the servers not producing/storing replays. As Truesight requires replays to function it will not be working for most games on SEA.
This is not an issue we can fix - it is an issue with Valve and e-Club Malaysia, who maintain the SEA servers. We have contacted Valve about the issue and are optimistic that it will be fixed with the planned extended maintenance.
Despite this not being our issue we will be offering refunds for Plus users who are affected by this and unhappy with their service. Please email support@dotabuff.com if you primarily play on SEA and would like a refund.
If SEA servers become a long-term issue we will be looking into appropriate long-term policies on this issue. Sorry this has been such a headache for SEA players!
