Sigh please read dota2 updates or FAQ's as most of the question people ask have already been answered.
Drop rate is less but more meaningful e.g you don't get commons, you may get one drop every 10 games but it will be mythical/rare etc.
Thx for the answer :).I have played over 20 GAMES 2 times or three i dont remember level up,but lets say that this not count and my ITEM no ITEMS not even one has come to me.Inmstead of this i have 1 3ple common 2 double common and another double common.All these before the patch.Now with the new patch here and over 20 games not a single item.Thanks!

as havoc said, drop rates are lesser but rewards now are better.
