i mean if we play unranked party match, do they have the unraked party mmr(hidden) or no?

yes there is

a friend of mine (who sadly quit dota) solo queued somewhere on the border of high/very high and i solo queue high in unranked, but when i play with him we never queued anything other than very high and the people i added in unranked all turned out to be around 4k.
