I'm hoping so too, it's kind've sad that they can respond with "REACH US AT THIS EMAIL OR ON TWITTER" but they can't respond beyond that.

I know I made a post yesterday and you acknowledged it, but honestly I'm wondering if it's worth the time. I met some of your people at TI4, they were great, they were helpful and actually communicated with people, but honestly, I messaged you, it's been over a month, NOTHING. I make a post yesterday, you say to email you, I do thinking "Ok, they saw it, they know, they'll get it out of the way." But unfortunately, I'm sure that email box is completely full, and twitter is all but ignored unless to make a random post. Heck, even an email response saying:
"We received your email and *insert some response or thought on the topic itself* we are going to discuss it and get back to you in *some appropriate amount of time* Thank you for contacting us"
I know you run this site and I'm sure it takes a lot of work and people are busy, but if you are going to respond directly to someone who is asking how to contact you with the exact same response that is on your support page, maybe they have already tried that, and you had been ignoring it, and when they ask again, you give them the same response, and then ignore it. So again, please, how can I speak with someone directly that will actually get a response?
