If you use it properly its a good positioning item for Viper cuz blink sucks on him. Its not a core but I don't see how its bad if a person decides to go for it. Cuz the enemy has 1 slark, it makes the item absolutely retarded? Thats like saying don't buy Orchid on storm if one of the enemy heroes is a manta builder.
