My mom said me almost the same. Not dmonic, just that it make me a nervous guy.

But you don't even play that much looks like 2-3 games a day average. Idk some adults are just biased against video games in general. I'll bet if you were watching sports on tv 2-3 hours a day she wouldn't say anything, or if you were like skateboarding or some other outdoor activity. I mean unless you are like failing out of school. Different story.

My wife is the same way. I mean she doesn't ban me from doing shit, but she thinks video games are juvenile. She'd rather I spend my free time reading or watching movies even though none are really productive.

Lol my wife has banned me a few times from Dota / deleted it but I always manage to redownload it in a couple days after a couple sessions of giving her the D.

When I was a teenager my dad banned me from comp as punishment but I just hack that shit never give up man . I quit Dota for 6 years myself and came back games too good.

@Timberwolf My thoughts exactly, now instead of playing dota at night i watch TV shows. 3 hours of me watching game of thrones mindlessly in front of a screen...much worse than dota if you ask me. In dota at least you have to think.

If the addiction doesn't harm you in any way (prioritize dota over food, hygiene, education/studies, etc.) I don't see why it's a problem. Playing like 3 games a day you're probably not that extreme anyways.

Although being inside all the time can be unhealthy, but watching TV or lying in bed with music is not much different, except you do less.

well i got s scholarship revoked because i got addicted to this game so ya i fucked up pretty bad with my grades dropping but listen to ya mom and just watch in moderation, man im being a hypocrite but just tryna look out for others u seem like a genuine guy

And @people saying Jesus didn't exist, there is alot of evidence for his existence, why is it crazy of me to believe that he did? He is not some "spaghetti monster" that nobody has ever seen.
