I guess so. I always saw the leaderboards as being this thing in which the best leshrac players or whatever would be in the top 100 and thats because they were really good at that one hero.
Now it just seems if you're above 4k you can get top 1000 with anything based on the point boost you get from divisions.... maybe ive just had this imagine in my head that the leaderboards are better than they actually are.

So I'm sitting around 4.2k and i almost have a couple of heroes in the top 1000, My main one being bloodseeker which is ranked 556th and im <300 points from being in the top 100.
I'm guessing if you're 5k+ you could play like 10 games or someshit with any hero and get in the top 1000?
Just doesn't seem as big of a thing now im actually above the 99% (on dotabuff) than when I was try harding to get there.
