those ones picking random are aware of what they are doing, i guess. and probably one being 4k despite spamming random is better than 4k player with limited hero pool. its a great way to learn.
There would be no point in removing the random function, because those players pick who they want anyway, iv'e thought that they should remove it but it wouldnt make it any better, it seems a bit harsh and stuff but i feel you should have to train with a hero before you able to play with them in ranked games, but that would be a complicated process to implement
