VHS starts around 3600 right now I know this because I got one game in.
3700+ is probably the norm for VHS though.

What/Who you play is unimportant all that matters is that you perform well. There is no free ticket to 4K though if you fail to calibrate a smurf at 4k then something is seriously wrong.
i played shitty on my 1st acc so i got 3.6k .. so make this new acc . i hope i get 4k or something ..
if you cant leave 3.6k then u deserve to get 3.6k abusing the system to get a highly inflated number just ruins the game for everyone else

I find it amusing that people say 'I calibrated low so I will abuse the system to get a accurate MMR'. If your first MMR is not accurate then it invalidates the whole system therefore invalidating your smurfed MMR. For example lets say you are 4.5k but your MMR shows 3.6k unless valve has a personal vendetta against you this is happening to everyone therefore making 3.6k the new 4.5k. Logical thinking is hard when dunn Krueger runs wild tho

Dont mind Sampson. He calibrated at around 4k, but didnt belong there so he dropped to 3.5k and cant climb anymore, so he's mad. If you belong higher you can always get there, no matter what acc you play on. It's just a matter of time.
