use game view or smth like that then select dota `\\path to dota

well I know that there are programs that do that, but which ones cause the least lag and get ok quality? I have an oldish AMD graphics card, but the program that is built into AMDs to record doesn't work right on my PC so ill need to use something else. thanks in advance.
