In a certain server (US EAst) it's less, probably less then 50 000 on US EAST RANKED at once
Now for your specific mmr there is probably 1/12th of that, so lets say 4000
But the average game is 42 mins, so to get someone looking at same time as you is also unlikely.. so if we use every 2 minutes as a search time.. we go 4000/26 = 154
So using super rough estimates there is probably about a 1/154 chance of getting him everytime, considering the fact he searches again at the same time as you
Just saying
They should simply put a button called "i dont want to be teamed with him anymore" so if he gets matched in game ID X you wont get matched in the same match in the same team as him. Or put that option on mute/report.
