educational guess, break goes through bkb, you need to hit them to activate break.

Shadow Walk: Invis attack now deals 225 damage also applies Break to disable passive abilities, and reduces the target's damage output (all damage types) by 40% for 5 seconds. 24 second cooldown. Attacking to end invisibility cannot miss. Debuff does not pierce Spell Immunity
Doesn't go through bkb. Found this out hard way vs a pa, trying to figure out why she kept raping us once she got bkb.

Does the debuff get dispelled by magic immunity? (probably yes)
Can it be aplied to a unit with magic immunity? (probably no)
By magic immunity I mean BKB, rage or repel.
