The damage can be amplified, but it will only be for the one jump on the amplified hero. The next one won't take any more damage than if the previous wasn't debuffed.

General DiscussionE-blade + Natures Prophet ult?
Does E-blade multiply the dmg on all the jumps of the ult? As it is percentage based and the hero you use it on takes more dmg..
