I'd say shes pretty good... Really needs to make pick off happen though so she can get her levels. Her ability to disrupt the enemy mid laner is always great.... I guess towards the end of the laning stage you can rotate her into a lane for exp if shes really that far behind.
My preferred role to see her in. Watch some of Puppey's games on her for example, it is an extremely legit way of playing her provided you can land the arrows. SingSing sometimes plays her like that as well I think. Unsure.

there are 2 types of roaming mirana:
1.The useless shit who throws the most obvious arrows and is level 3 all game.
2.The motherfukcer who always hits you with arrows and as a support has more farm than all your team combined.
and no, there is nothing in between.
It's rather common. At least the "roaming mid" support mirana who just stays around the midlane throwing arrows all game. I can't remember last I saw a mirana that didn't roam or camp mid.
Only if you can hit arrows, otherwise leave it.
There are some nice positions you can use to land arrows easier.
