i didnt know what he did... i had like 30k more than ursa in one game but i would continuously ulti him "when he had ulti on", he wrecked me :D! i did literally no dmg :D and lost the game with my feed.

idk i think the tactics against him is just ignore him and rat or fight him after he's tired :p

^If you wait it out, he's just gonna kill you instead. You need to either disable him, use ghost scepter (exactly 4s duration too) or force staff yourself/push him away. Tusk with agha is actually really good against him, since you can both push and slow him if he blinks in with a bkb.

shadow demon is classic counter. 50% amp and mean slow piercing bkbs.
