my friend got his items back after 3 weeks+

Steam support is known for their speed. They work at valve time, a minute for us is 6 hours for them.

huh, yeah you're right.

OP, Steam support is horrible, They took a month to reply to me for my issue, and then took a few days for every reply thereafter. Basically after the month he sent an automated reply instead of addressing my problem or even reading about it (probably hoping it was already fixed)

It sucks because most gaming companies/gaming platforms will have live chat and phone lines and stuff

But yeah my point is they suck and have for over 5 years but eventually they will get back to you :P

I've had 3 or 4 friends lose stuff due to scammers. They contacted steam support and got their shit back in about 1-2 weeks, sometimes just a few days.
