You should get 4 quas always, weather it is a QW or QE build, that being said, when you level it is based on your lane, i play QE push invoker and will get 2 in quas, then get 4 in Exort then go back for quas for the spirits, but then leave your quas at 4 until your other stuff is maxed

So i wish to have some clarification on his leveling build up.
I know theres mainly QE and QW. I know what item to build on him and what are the spell combination.
I just would like to know general consensus on how many quas should i put on at first, like the first few lvls. When to get invoke, when to get wex when you go QE for instance.
Is there "diminishing returns" and such. Like pushing QE only wants 4 quas for double spirits etc.
