Timber saw and I don't get why but tide was huge around last TI and I don't recall any super huge nerfs but isn't played much now if at all.
The article is stupid. I'm talking about heroes that on paper do really well in the current meta but still aren't picked at all.

Most neglected heroes in competitive scene? or maybe in general. Well I may not have seen the heroes picked frequently in recent matches...
Like N.A Rejects vs Leviathans pudge was picked up but i dont see that happening in other matches frequently
