winrate doesn't matter, your performance is the deciding factor in determining hidden mmr which is your starting point for callibration . It's possible to then get +1.8 mmr through callibration (I did it twice, got +1600 on one account, and +1800 for 10 callibration wins).
I have no clue what the real callibration limit is but people say that the current cap is 4.6-4.7
